Modernhaus Soho Hotel New York

We had an exceptional stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities made our experience unforgettable. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch and the massage was phenomenal. the Rooftop pool and garden area were a perfect place to relax and unwind. the restaurant was fantastic, and the in-room breakfast exceeded our expectations. the private facilities were a plus, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

Our only minor issue was the noise level in the room due to the live entertainment in the bar/lounge area. the management was very accommodating and provided us with earplugs.

We had a great time exploring the vibrant New York area, as the hotel's location was perfect. It was just a short distance to Times Square, where we could experience the bustling city atmosphere. Being close to bars and restaurants made it convenient for us to try out different cuisines and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The subway lines nearby provided easy access to other parts of the city, making our backpacking adventure even more exciting. The rooms were clean and well-arranged, ensuring a comfortable stay after a long day of exploring. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel offered a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing us to keep up with our fitness routine.

We noticed that some aspects of the hotel, such as the rooms and corridors, were starting to show signs of wear and tear.

This hotel is fairly clean and cool, has very good location and staff. Courteous personnel is at the reception desk. It has a great attached restaurant from lobby to basement restaurant.

Contemporary and fairly clean place with a nice lobby. I spent some time with hot drinks in the spacious roof top bar.

The location of the hotel is amazing, making it very easy to get around the area. The room itself was cozy and modern with beautiful decor. I loved the toiletries provided in the bathroom and the big fluffy towels. While the view from my room was not great, it was still enjoyable.

Stylish hotel, clean, sweet staff, location near a subway station was awesome. They made my stay best. The room was cozy and immaculate, included central heating, pay television and a dining area.

Exceptionally clean hotel, loved to be just off subway, Soho shops, the Canal Street subway entrance thanks to unbeatable location. The functional room was beautiful and the bathroom was luxury. Delicious breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. The service was excellent and the staff were outstanding too. Superb views, nice pool, free parking. Very enjoyable stay.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Really appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit and cheese tray waiting in our room. the rooftop bar offered amazing views of the skyline, perfect for ending the day with a drink. the location was key, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and subway stations. And the room was clean and had that downtown feel we love.

The reception desk service was a bit bumbling at times, with some confusion and delays during check-in and luggage delivery. It would have been nice to have more electrical outlets by the bed for convenience.

It is very well located, close to many restaurants, bars, public transport, shops. The hotel is comfortable. The rooms are small but functional and comfortable. Although there is no breakfast, they do offer coffee and scones in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon which is a nice touch. The staff is correct.

There's nothing I didn't like

The staff at this trendy hotel in the heart of SOHO are amazing- they really went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy, and the rooftop bar offers great views. We loved the free coffee, scones, snacks, fruits, wine and cheese. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the city.

Felt so relaxed, really had nothing to complain about.

I liked everything.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Soho for a 5-night stay. The hotel had a unique personality and wasn't like the big impersonal hotels you find in the city. The staff was incredible and the lobby had a cool vibe. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of the city. Although the rooms were small, they were well-maintained, and my city view room was just perfect. I can't recommend this hotel enough and it will definitely be my go-to accommodation in Manhattan!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The room was superb with a beautiful view. The cleaning was perfect.

Sometimes there were too many lines at the reception and you had to wait at least 15 minutes.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was in a vibrant and trendy neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We also loved the modern and sleek design of the lobby, it created a chic and sophisticated atmosphere.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the service at the hotel was quite disappointing.

Close to everything - this hotel had a great location, close to stores, the calmer Soho area, and transportation. The staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities were clean.
